Have you dreamed of being a
model from a young age?
Probably so! I think many young
girls dream of becoming a model.
It appears so glamorous and excit-
ing as you pour through the pages
of the fashion and glamour maga-
zines. Many females growing up
cannot help but idolize the images
that are almost surreal to a girl full
of hopes and dreams about their
future.
However, in reality, I actually did
not seriously consider a modeling
career until recently. How ironic
that it took so many years to real-
ize a childhood fantasy!
Tell us about what drives a
woman who has crossed the line
of fifty years to begin modeling.
For a woman who has realized
numerous accomplishments in her
life, I believe there is an innate
need to continue to have excite-
ment, along with a certain level
of achievement in life – natural
highs!
As far as choosing to experiment
with modeling after 50, there is
definitely pride in knowing that
your photos will be viewed and
enjoyed by an audience of admir-
ers. If a woman has confidence in
her appearance and in her ability
to portray her sensual side in front
of a camera, I think it is natural
for her to consider modeling as a
possibility at any age. I personally
hope to continue to model beyond
my 50’s!
What was it like the first time
you posed in front of a camera to
show your sensuality?
Amazingly natural and fun! Of
course I was pretty nervous prior

to starting the shoot, but once the
adrenaline kicked in, I was able to
play quite naturally to the camera.
I was very fortunate to have an
experienced photographer my
first time out who immediately
put me at ease. He was a big part
of building my confidence, and
ultimately in my having a highly
successful first shoot.
You look in very good shape. Do
you have an exercise routine and
a special diet?
Thank you! I do have a rigorous
exercise routine which includes
daily trips to the gym. I participate
in spin classes (great for the legs),
piloxing, cardio circuit training,
aerobic step classes, weight lift-
ing and Zumba (what fun!). I also
train with a personal trainer to
keep me focused on the areas of
my body that I want to continue to
