Purple and green cabbage slaw
Ingredients:
1/2 medium head purple cabbage, finely shredded
1/2 medium head green cabbage, finely shredded
1/4 cup finely julienned red onion
2 medium tomatoes cleaned and julienned
½ bunch cilantro finely chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons sugar
4 limes juiced
Directions:
In a large serving bowl, toss together the cabbage, onions, tomatoes, and
cilantro. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, salt, pepper, sugar, lime
juice. Pour dressing over the cabbage mixture, and toss to coat. Chill until serving.
