I should or should not do with my life.
My idea was to go after my dream. There-
fore, I began to accept every job offered
to me, catwalks, media programs that
came to Mendoza from Buenos Aires, and
billboards. I began my career as graphi-
cal model for shoe companies, hairstyles
magazine covers, lingerie, makeup, urban
clothing. I made a commercial for a
pharmacy chain and perfume in Mendoza.
Model for wine advertise, commercial
gyms, labs for facial creams and even I
did modeling promoting bikes. At 18, I
had the opportunity to conduct Mission
Express, which is a TV program dedicated
to a local football team called Godoy Cruz
Antonio Tomba, which I continued to do
for six years. This helped me to grow and
feel much comfortable with the media.
Francisco:
I have being modeling and do-
ing catwalks since 2007, in “Gabriel Canci
Difusion” agency. The agency’s owner in-
sisted that I should cut my hair; I decided
to do it and right there my career began in
the world of modeling and photo-shoots.
Gabriel Agency opened many doors for
two major parades that take place in Men-
doza (the largest in Latin America is made
by his production company) and for the
photo production of the monthly magazine
TOUCH. I also got the opportunity to
participate in theater in the play: “Sueños
de Conventillo” which was a success in
Mendoza. I have done productions for
newspapers, radio stations, and television
among others. I am extremely grateful for
the person who noticed me and gave me
the chance to make in Mendoza, and do
what I really like.
Mayra tell us about yourself.
Actually, modeling is just a hobby for
me, I am working as a clerk for a travel
assistance company (Universal Travel Ace
Assistance) and I have planned this year
to begin studying something related to my
work, but without forgetting what I like
to do.
I am always changing, I constantly seek
to renew dabbling in new things, I never
liked to stay in the same place, I am a very
restless, is a lifelong curiosity that always
prompts me to want more.
Both of you were born in Mendoza,
Argentina. You guys and live in the land
where the wine industry is the main
economic resource. Does this affect the
way you approach life? On the other
hand, do you think is there a different
work culture by living in a semi-desert
area and often hostile?
Mayra:
Yeah, actually has a great influ-
ence for me. It has its good side look-
ing from the economic and tourism that
brings to the province. Also, for family
and friends is a good thing because as you
know, Mendoza is a small city and at the
end everyone knows you. However, some-
times it works against you; it is a very tra-
ditional and tight society from the moun-
tain, even now in the XXI century. Many
times not all types of art are appreciated
and in some other opportunities, it is taken
as something out of line. Therefore, if you
cross the line, you are marked for life. I
never pay much attention to this. I always
show to the public as I am.
At work, you have to be professional, es-
pecially in a sexy photo shoot. More than
controlled, I think you do not even have to
think about it. You have to go with a blank
mind, and you try to do the photo shoot
the best way possible.
Mayra:
The truth is that when you work
for some time in this field, the respect that
exists for your colleague allows you to see
him as pure art. It is very clear that a man
like Francisco you do not see every day.
He is extremely handsome, super sweet
and sexy and this combination is hard to
find (well besides that I speak as a friend
of many years), but focuses on one part
of a game, to create an atmosphere, a sce-
nario, so real that people will end believ-
ing and even, fantasizing with ourselves.
In my case, it helps me to believe he is my
n my case, when I do a sexy photoshoot
with a guy, it helps me to believe he is my
boyfriend who I want to turn him on fire.
What woman does not ever dream to be or feel
playing a femme fatale?
Mayra Dominguez
I
felt different and
eager to show
the world who
I am really are,
and what I have
to give, but here,
if you’re not
cloned, you are
atypical, unusual
or worse, a bitch;
but I decided
to take a risk
like many brave
women known
to Mendoza. As
long as you know who you really are, and
the people that loves knows who you are,
is enough for me, what follows is to go
forward without fear.
Seeing the photo shoot you made, it is
easy to wonder what you feel as a model
to be so close to another naked body.
How was that experience? How do you
control the fantasies, or actually you do
not controlled them at all? On the other
hand, do you let the fantasies fly makes
the production makes more credible?
Francisco:
For me is my second experi-
ence, before I did a photo shoot with a
famous model and now actress Pamela
Pombo, with her I had to do a magazine
and was just my first photo production.
That job allowed me to reach this produc-
tion a little more relaxed, and I am very
open to the world, I have no problem to
boyfriend who I want to turn him on fire.
What woman does not ever dream to be
or feel playing a femme fatale? (Laughs
mischievously)
In addition to advertising photo shoots,
you are also models of glamour and
sensuality is an essential component
in this genre of photography. What do
you think of sensuality, eroticism and
pornography? How do you live each of
these concepts in your own life?
Francisco:
I enjoy sensuality in my daily
life, a sexy and sensual woman at any time
of day, awaken any men’s fantasies like
see sexy photos, or watch a woman that ir-
radiates sensuality. Eroticism and pornog-
raphy do not get my attention at all, but I
respect those who do, and live out of that.
Mayra:
I think it’s a pair separated by a
