What does a typical day in your life,
Monday through Friday, and how is the
weekend?
Mayra:
My life on weekdays is a routine
of work, work and more work, for week-
ends just pure relaxation, my boyfriend,
my family, my friends and my beloved
pets, I ask no more.
Francisco:
I wake up Monday to Friday:
7:30 a.m., I prepare a good breakfast rich
and nutritious addition to provide essential
nutrients to be fine all morning. I will be
working until 2 PM. I come home, have
lunch, and rest for an hour. I wake up have
a banana or a fruit smoothie, and at 4 PM I
go to the club to coach football, I leave at
6 PM, I get home I relax in the afternoon,
at 7:30 PM, I always go to the gym for an
hour and a half to two hours, then I come
home and have dinner. After that, I bathe
and rest. Every Wednesday, I get together
for dinner with one of groups of friends,
and on Thursday with another group, we
always have a drink or have a walk the
General San Martin Park. On Fridays, I
get together with my friends and occasion-
ally I go out to dance. I never go to bed af-
ter 4 am, I need to rest between 6-8 hours
a day, so I will not be tired during the day
and my muscles working must recover
after the work out in the gym day.
My weekends are pretty mix. This in-
cludes lunch or dinner in the river, or in
the country house, I will go the pool with
friends, after that; just go out with my
friends.
Sunday have lunch with my parents and
at night, go out with another group of
friends.

Francisco:
All my friends are special and
they are ideal for me. All of them has his
or her own thing, and the most important
thing is to have at a friend who can listen
to you and give you all the advice you
need, and is always there when you need
him.
Mayra:
A special friend is the one who
makes jokes about you in front of you, and
praises you when you do not see him.
Now please describe the ideal lover for
you.
romantic night must start with a
delicious dinner; follow it with a nice talk on
any subject not to bore the night, and end up
