MAGAZINE - JUNE 2012
When did you start mod-
eling?
I started professional modeling the
summer of 2009.
How has been your experi-
ence as a model been since
you started it?
It has been very interesting to
say the least. That is one of the
reasons I do it. For me it breaks
up the weekly routine, it’s fun
and challenging and gives me a
chance meet new and interesting
people.
Do you have another job?
What do you do?
Yes I do. I am a member of the
Local Steam Fitters Union and I
am currently stationed at a lo-
cal Hospital as a HVAC Service
Technician. That is my full time job
and is my bread and butter. I have
been doing this for over 25 years
now. Modeling is a part time for
me. However, it is very hard to
balance the two; I do try to keep
it real. If modeling ever leads into
something fulltime, well I will cross
that bridge if I ever get to it.
Tell me about your family,
do you have any children?
I am a single dad now for ten
years raising my three amazing
kids by myself. Two teenage girls,
Pamela who is currently in High
school, and starting to come into
her own. Priscilla, who just finished
her first year of College. She has
grown to be quite the young lady
I always knew she would be. I
think I have a very good relation-
ship with my daughters. However,
we can really go at each other,
most of the time we get along very
well and truly enjoy each other’s
company. I have found that girls
can be very emotional, add teen-
ager to that and it is a rollercoaster
ride at times. My son Barry is the
oldest. He is a bit less emotional
then my girls. He is currently in
the Air Force Reserves. He gradu-
ated at the top of his class and is
currently home but does tend to
travel all over the country repairing
