- 1 Can garbanzo beans (chickpeas), rinsed, drained
- ½ Cup diced red onion
- ½ # Roasted red peppers, diced
- 1/4 Cup chopped fresh parsley
- ¼ Cup chopped cilantro
- 4 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 3 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 Garlic clove, minced
