ule #1: Do not ever do long distance jogging, EVER!
No doubt, long distance jogging will thin your legs... but there is an ex-
pense in doing so. That expense... you will lose muscle mass on your
legs. Long distance running is very catabolic (breaks down and eats mus-
cle).
If you are trying to lose weight, that is a huge no-no. Why? Because each
pound of muscle burns off 30-50 more calories a day than a pound of
fat... while you do nothing. In other words, muscle speeds up your me-
tabolism. So losing muscle will no doubt slow down your metabolism.
Rule #2: Squat, squat, and squat some more
For nice beautiful legs, you need to squat. Squats bring out all the mus-
cles and their shapes...; they give you beautiful, shapely legs that are nice
to look at... as opposed to skinny shapeless legs that are not sexy. Five
sets of ten reps twice a week is ideal.
Rule #3: Do deadlifts
You know that area right where your legs meet your butt, yeah that sag-
ging area.
Well, deadlifts work that area pretty much better than any other exer-
cise to firm up and lift your butt... while flowing your legs right into your
butt. This not only makes your butt look sexy, but it makes for great legs.
Again, do five sets of 10 repetitions twice a week.
If you want nice legs, all you need to do is the above for a few weeks.
The results come quick.
